Can you do a spam of *insert character here*?
Absolutely! Just drop it in my ask box. Unfortunately it may take some time because I get a lot of spam requests and I like to do them all thoroughly in the order I get them D: But I will get to your request eventually!
And while you wait, you may want to check out past posts to see spams I’ve already done of that character
Super important regulations: If I’ve done a spam of a character/game and there’s not much material left to pull from and you request it again, all you’re getting is a tag link. I can’t just do the same spams over and over again—they’re just going to suck.
How do I do that? This blog has kind of a lot of pages.
Just take the tumblr URL (hellyeahharvestmoon.tumblr.com) and add ‘tagged/whatever_tag_you_want’ at the end :)
if you’re looking for a certain game, be sure to try searching both the acronym (like MM, IoH, ToT) and the full name, because sometimes I switch!
You posted a picture without a source! Not cool!
Yeah, sometimes I do that. Usually when the usual places don’t have enough pictures I need for a spam, I have to resort to more shadier places like imageboards and search engines rather than DA or Pixiv. I try to use saucenao.com to get sources as well, but that doesn’t always work.

Favorite game: HM64
Bachelor: Skye, Gray, Blue, Dan, Jamie, Carl, Vaughn, Luke
Bachelorette: Maria, Muffy, Dia, Gina, Eve, Sabrina

HM64: great game, the quintessential ‘Harvest Moon’ formula
Back to Nature: not a big fan of the continuity change from 64, but it’s still very aesthetically appealing and pretty fun
Mineral Town: Not a huge fan; mechanics are a little weird and I dislike the graphics (nitpicky I know)
Save the Homeland: everyone thinks this game is weird but it’s actually really cool. It has multiple endings and quests (sort of) and a very unique style. Kinda underappreciated if you ask me.
A(nother) Wonderful Life: I like the atmosphere and the characters and the general system but everything else kinda drags it down D:
Island of Happiness/Sunshine Islands: Decent characters but I’ve never really been able to get into it…the mechanics of the game are really awkward for me
HMDS/Cute: Like AWL except better, basically. Has very high money costs because everything is really expensive and the collecting can get annoying (really annoying) but the world is addicting :>
Magical Melody: also kind of an underappreciated HM game! Very cute and it reminds me of Animal Crossing, actually. The collecting is actually done right and is a lot more fun than in DS, so yeah. Lots of bachelor/ettes…
Tree of Tranquility/Animal Parade: Never played ‘em, but they both look like very good games.
Grand Bazaar: I tried to like it, but the gameplay is a little dull as well as the setting. Except the mayor. He’s got swag. (though I do like the ability to jump!)

THE HISTORY OF THE SACRED BLOG!
Pretty simple. HYHM was born on or about September 2nd, 2010, and it’s been going pretty well ever since. Why? Uh, well, I was getting back into the series and searching tumblr for HM blogs, and couldn’t find any in either tags or the directory (‘cause, y’know, they had that back then). So I made one myself.
HYHM at first was mainly fueled by stuff off Bokumono Search (okay and google images sometimes) until Bokumono shut down and then I had to man up and get a Pixiv account.
Fun fact: our first follower was purplehippopotamus
What games do you like besides Harvest Moon?
off the top of my head, other franchises I like include: Ace Attorney, Dragon Age, Persona 3/4, Trauma Center, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear Solid, The Sims, Sam & Max…
individual games I like: 999, Okami, No More Heroes, FFVI, 90’s adventure games aimed towards small children
