The thing about HM SNESS is that the night never ends. Ever. That's why you should do most of your work at night until you're married (because your wife is overprotective and hates you when you don't go to bed before her). All the watering/cleaning the farm should be done at night and uses the day to ship whatever crop is fully grown. As for the flirting, you just have to talk to the bachelorette over and over and over when they are inside and their LP keeps going up.
